About Harley
Harley serves as a Health Information Assistant at Brain Tumor Network, where she supports medical records workflows, intake, and documentation to help keep patient information organized and accessible for the navigation team.
Before joining BTN, she worked as an Admissions Director in a skilled nursing facility, coordinating referrals, admissions, and communication between patients, families, and care teams. That experience gave her a practical understanding of how details in records and transitions of care affect the patient experience, which she brings to her work at BTN.
