What is Navigation?

No Cost Navigation Services

A Patient Navigator is a professional whose expertise and training guides patients and their caregivers to make informed decisions to allow for timely cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and increased supportive care across the cancer continuum.

Our Navigators establish meaningful connections with the patients and families we support by acting as a reliable and unbiased resource, advocating for the best possible care for every individual.

We use a dual-navigation model, meaning every patient receives access to and support from an experienced Nurse Navigator and a Social Work Navigator, both educated in primary brain tumor care.

This dedicated co-navigation team provides one-on-one, personalized support specific to your needs across a range of free services.
