Your navigator reaches out by phone, email, or video, whichever is best for you. You’ll get to share your story and discuss your clinical history, home life, and goals. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and explain how BTN can support you.

Together, you and your navigator will create a plan tailored to your needs. We focus on building a relationship and being there when you need a shoulder to lean on. Every patient works directly with their navigator, always at no cost.

Access clinical and emotional support

Need help beyond medical info? BTN gives access to both a Nurse Navigator for clinical questions and a Social Work Navigator for emotional and home life support. You can request a second navigator at any time, just ask.

For services like clinical trial searches or second opinions, BTN can help collect and transfer your brain tumor-related medical records with your consent. We make it easier to get what you need, when you need it.
