About Shawn
Shawn serves as a Neuro-Oncology Nurse Navigator at Brain Tumor Network, drawing on more than seven years of hematology and oncology experience with a focus on cellular therapy and transplant care, including CAR-T, bone marrow transplant, chemotherapy, and clinical trials.
Before joining BTN, she worked at Mayo Clinic Florida as a Bone Marrow Transplant Coordinator, guiding patients and families through complex transplant and cellular therapy processes while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and partners such as the National Marrow Donor Program. In that role, she supported accreditation standards, helped streamline pre-mobilization and stem cell collection, and provided clear education so patients understood each step of treatment.
