Dr. Dronca is a medical oncologist at Mayo Clinic in Florida and a nationally respected leader in cancer care and research. Her work focuses on advancing immunotherapy and improving treatment options for patients facing complex cancers. She has contributed to advancing how emerging therapies are developed and brought into clinical practice.

She brings deep clinical expertise along with a strong commitment to patient-centered care, with a clear understanding of the challenges patients and families face throughout the cancer journey.
