Dan Ryan is the Managing Director at Spring Bay Companies, where he has spent more than 20 years in a senior leadership role guiding the firm’s business and investment activities. He brings over 30 years of experience in organizational and operational leadership.
In addition to his work with Spring Bay, Dan serves on the board of The Sontag Foundation and as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem volunteer, reflecting his long-standing commitment to service and community.
